Command Center Privacy Policy. Effective September 26, 2026.
Who this covers. Command Center is a private tool operated by Vythiel LLC to manage Gmail inboxes owned by Vythiel LLC, its affiliated businesses, and its owner. It has no other users.
What it accesses. With the account owner's permission, Command Center uses Google's Gmail API to read messages and labels, apply and create labels, move messages to Trash, mark spam, save draft emails for the owner to review and send himself, and copy messages between the owner's own inboxes.
How mail is processed. The owner uses an AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude) to read and sort mail. Email content is sent to that assistant only to carry out the owner's requests, such as filing, summarizing, and moving mail. Anthropic's handling of that data is covered by Anthropic's privacy policy.
What it does not do. It does not send, reply to, or forward email. It does not permanently delete email. It does not sell, rent, or share data with anyone else. It does not use Gmail data for advertising, and Command Center itself does not use Gmail data to train AI or machine-learning models.
Where data is kept. Sign-in tokens are stored only on the owner's computer. Activity logs (sender, subject, action taken) are kept in the owner's private files so every action can be reviewed. No data is stored on a public server.
Google API Services User Data Policy. Command Center's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access. The owner can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions and delete local tokens from the computer.
